Return and Refund exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the products listed above there will be NO Refunds. 

If your item arrives damaged or lost  due to the carrier selected ( purolator , canada post , fed ex ect.. a replacement or exchange will be made with only the  proof with pictures that you did not receive your item or if it arrived damaged  . Replacement on jewlery must be in original package not worn with tags .
